Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have perused the Order dated 14 th September, 2021 passed by the Collector, Pune which is impugned before us and also the Roznama maintained by the Collector, Pune. Though prima face we do not find any error in the order, in view of the apprehensions expressed on behalf of the Petitioner, we pass the following order : (i) The Gramsevak, Hinjewadi shall file his report by 27 th September, 2021.

(ii) The Petitioner shall file his written submissions on or before 1 st October, 2021 dealing with the report of Gramsevak as well as the additional documents filed by Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

2 / 2 14-WP-5805-2021.odt (iii) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall also file their response, if any, by 4 th October, 2021.

(iv) The Collector, Pune shall pass his speaking order within a period of one week thereafter in which he shall also deal with the application filed by the Petitioner raising certain preliminary objections.

(v) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
