Learned counsel for the applicants, at the outset, makes a statement that the petitioners are acquitted in RCC No.365 of 2014 by learned JMFC, 4th Court at Thane. In support of her contention, she has placed on record judgment and order dated 1st October, 2018 passed by learned JMFC, 4th Court at Thane in RCC No.365 of 2014. 3.

In light of above, the application is rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the applicants, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
