The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer states that charge sheet has been filed on 18th May, 2016. He states that charge sheet has been filed even for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Therefore, appropriate remedy is available to the Applicants before the concerned Court. By keeping the said remedy open, we dispose of these applications. All contentions raised in the applications are expressly kept open.
