Heard for some time. The petitioner has not disclosed filing of WP No.5053/2014 and the order dated 14/1/2015 passed therein. 2.

That petition for quashing FIR was not entertained and the petitioner was permitted to file prayer for discharge. 3.

Now effort is to show 4 criminal cases consequent to that FIR has resulted in acquittal of accused therein Pradeep. However there is direction to file separate charge-sheet against absconding accused. The contention is that the absconding accused is the petitioner. She claims to be the mother of accused Pradeep.

She could have appeared before trial Court and participated in trial. In the face of the order dated 14/1/2015 and direction given by the 4th Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane in the order dated 3/10/2015 in Regular Criminal Case No.335/2015, present challenge is misconceived. Learned APP has rightly pointed out that prayers in the
