This is an application received through jail for expeditious disposal of bail application filed on 9.10.2014 before the MCOC Court, Mumbai, in M.C.O.C. Special Case No.9 of 2014. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the Applicant has given wrong case number. Consequently, there is a typographical error in the order dated 6.1.2016, wherein the case number is mentioned as 9 of 2015 instead of 9 of 2014. Same shall be corrected to read as Special Case No.9 of 2014. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has further submitted that said bail application has already been disposed of vide order dated Megha 1/2

2_appln_488_15 24.10.2015 passed by the learned Special Judge(MCOC Act). He has placed on record copy of the order dated 24.10.2015. 4.

In the light of the above, the application is rendered infructuous and is therefore, dismissed.

The legal fees of Mr. Chetan Alai, the learned counsel for the Applicant, quantified to Rs.1,000/- be paid to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) Megha 2/2
