Further, this Court does not accept the averments in civil applications that the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 made any misleading statement before this Court. It is clarified that no such misleading statement was made. However, since sufficient cause is indicated for non appearance on 6 July 2015, the orders dated 6 July 2015 are recalled. 1/2
