Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Counsel for the 2nd respondent is present. Learned APP is also present. This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the accused no.1. Charge sheet is already filed. We have perused the charge sheet. The charge sheet is filed against the applicant only for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149,
rpa 2/2 apl-777-15.doc 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, a remedy is available to the applicant before the appropriate Court. By expressly keeping open the said remedy, application is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
