The order impugned in the above is one dated 29-3-2012 passed by the Learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli, by which order the Learned Judge has observed that he deems it fit to take up all the issues for consideration and determination together having regard to Order XIV Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code.

In my view, having regard to the fact that the order has been passed as long back as in the year 2012 and having regard to the fact that the Learned Judge deemed it appropriate to follow the course of action as contemplated in Order XIV Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code. No case for interference is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
