The petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of FIR No.147 of 2014 lodged at the instance of Respondent No.1 for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Learned APP for the State placed on record the report dated 8th June 2015 made by Hanumant Humbe, API of Bandra Police Station. The report shows that after completion of investigation into the said FIR, the Investigating Agency has filed "C-Summary" report before the concerned Magistrate. In the light of this, writ petition is rendered infructuous and it is accordingly disposed of.
