Being aggrieved by the judgment dated 2nd March, 2016 delivered by the Employees Insurance Court at Pune in Application (ESI) No. 10/2011, the E.S.I.C. has filed the First Appeal. Alongwith said appeal, Civil Application seeking condonation of delay of 49 days is also filed. Mr. A. R. Taral is present on behalf of the applicant and informed that his counsel is out of station.

On perusal of the application and in particular, paragraph 2 and 6, I am satisfied that the delay deserves to be Sonali Patil
