Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file a fresh Application in the trial Court. He submits that the Applicant intends to approach the trial Court by filing a fresh Application. He submits that the Applicant would like to place on record certain documents and certain orders before the Special Court, which were not considered by the learned Judge when the Order dated 07.12.2016 was passed.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Application has not been heard on merits.
