Learned APP informs that the chargesheet is already filed. Petitioner declares that in the past he has not committed any accident and in future also he will be more cautious.

Respondent no.2 states that she is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Accepting the affidavit and request jointly made, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
