The application is filed for bail. During the pendency of above said criminal appeal, the applicant filed Criminal Application No. 1741 of 2013 for similar relief. Same was dismissed by Division Bench by Order dated 20th of February, 2014 with direction to registry to place the above appeal on the final hearing board.

5)APPA948.15 Having heard Mr. Kothari, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, we do not find any justification for releasing the applicant on bail. We, however, direct the registry to place the above appeal on the final hearing board in a week commencing from 7th of September, 2015.
The criminal application is accordingly dismissed with above direction.
