Today the matter is placed before this Court for speaking to minutes of the order dated 10th August 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Naik submits that on page 5, in second last line, the Bail Application number is erroneously typed as "1862 of 2018",

Dusane 2/2 ba 1862,1724.2017.doc and that it should be "Bail Application No.1862 of 2017". The said line be corrected and read as under :
