Parties through their Counsel. After arguing for some time learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He however, made a limited prayer that the Petitioner may be given two weeks time to file reply to the show cause notice issued by the Respondent State. The prayer appears to be reasonable we accordingly allow two weeks time from today to the Petitioner to submit reply to the show cause notice issued by the State

We record the statement made by Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent State that in the event order under Section 45 of the A.P.M.C Act is passed and is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner the charge of the Petitioner shall not be taken over for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the order on the Petitioner or his Advocate on record in the present case. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Petition stands disposed of.
