Our attention is invited to the consent terms dated 19 th April, 2014 by and between the Petitioners, Respondent No.5 and Respondent No.6. Today, it is pointed out that the Municipal Corporation of the City of Pune has sanctioned revised lay out. The learned counsel appearing for the Pune Municipal Corporation has placed on record a copy of Commencement Certificate issued under Section 45 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 dated 23 rd February, 2015 sanctioning the revised lay out as well as a

copy of the sanctioned lay­out plan. Said documents are taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. In view of the grant of sanction to the revised lay­out by the Pune Municipal Corporation, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X' for identification and the documents annexed thereto. It is obvious that as only the Petitioners, Respondent No.5 and Respondent No.6 are parties to the Consent Terms, the order in terms of Consent Terms will bind only those parties.
