By an Order dated 26.7.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief.

That, in pursuance of the consent terms dated 18.8.2017 filed by the parties herein before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in MJ Petition No. A/194/2016 the applicant has deposited the agreed alimony in the registry of the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. The learned APP. submitted that the Investigating Officer has verified the said fact and it is true.

10-aba-1319-17 herein, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 26.7.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates is waived.
