The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent agree that now the Chairman of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum is available and is discharging his duties.

In view of this statement, we decline to entertain this Petition.

It is obvious that the Chairman of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum at Bhandup will deal with the grievances made by the

wp-7600.14 Petitioner in accordance with law.

To enable the Petitioner to make an application before the Consumer Forum for grant of appropriate interim relief, ad-interim relief granted on 13th August, 2014 is extended by a period of four weeks from today. If an application is made by the Petitioner for grant of appropriate interim relief, the same shall be decided on its own merits without being influenced by the grant of ad-interim relief by this Court.
