Heard. For the reasons to be recorded separately in the judgment, the following order is passed :
O R D E R
(I) The appeals are partly allowed and disposed of. (II) The conviction awarded to the appellants by the Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad vide judgment and order dated 4th August 2004 in Sessions Case No. 7 of 2003 for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 399 of the Indian Penal Code is set aside.
(III) The appellants are convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 353 and 186 of Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to the period already undergone.
