Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not press prayer clause (a). As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, he prays that the applicant be permitted to attend the office of the Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Jat to execute the sale deed. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he is ready to bear

the charges of the escort.

Learned APP has no objection, if prayer clause (b) is granted subject to the fact that the applicant will bear the escort charges that will be due and payable.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that he intends to sell his land and for the same he will have to attend the office of the Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Jat to execute the sale deed. As the applicant is ready to pay the escort charges, the Application is allowed on the following terms;

(i) The applicant is permitted to attend the office of the Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Jat on 15.09.2015 under police escort; (ii) The Jailor, Central Jail, Sangli is directed to take steps to send the applicant to the office of the Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Jat on 15.09.2015

at 11.00 a.m. to enable the applicant to execute the sale deed; (iii) The applicant shall deposit the escort charges to the concerned authorities before the said date.

It is made clear, that as soon as the registration of the document is done, the applicant will be forthwith brought back to the Central Jail, Sangli. Learned APP to communicate the said order to the Jailor of Central Jail, Sangli.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.

Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
