On perusal of the orders passed by this Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court, it is apparent that the applicant was refrained from surrendering herself since he had paid substantial amount and that is why on 05.03.2020, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Hon'ble Apex Court withdrew the condition directing her to surrender in terms of the order dated 07.02.2020.

In the wake of the above, the directions sought by the present application are not warranted.
