Mr.Thipsay with Mr.Arsh Mirza i/by M.V.Kini for complainant. CORAM : PRAKASH D. NAIK, JJ.
DATE :
31st July 2017 PC :
1.
This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.179 of 2015 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of Indian Penal Code.
2.
The earlier application preferred by the applicant was rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 24th November 2016. Prior to that, the applicant had preferred application before Sessions Court, which was rejected on 5th May 2016. The first information report was registered on 19th May 2015. Learned APP submitted that the applicant has been absconding from the date of registration of FIR.
3.
Learned advocate for applicant submits that there were talks of settlement with the complainant. However, there is nothing on
2 of 2 74.ABA.1320.2017 record to indicate that there is settlement between parties. Learned counsel for applicant relies upon correspondence annexed to the application to support his argument that there were attempts to resolve the dispute.
4.
No ground for entertaining second application is made out. The application is, therefore, rejected.
