After the writ petition was argued for some time, on instructions, Mr. Patil seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent Scrutiny Committee with a written representation requesting it to look into the petitioner's complaint that a certificate of validity was obtained from it by perpetrating a fraud or misrepresenting it.
