This Interim Application seeks to amend the Writ Petition in view of the order dated 12th January 2023 of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai pursuant to which Inox Leisure Limited merged with PVR Limited, the Petitioner herein and the resultant entity would thereby be known as PVR INOX Limited. Mr.Godbole, learned Senior Counsel, would submit that this is a formal amendment and avk 1/3

draws the attention of this Court to the order of the NCLT. Mr.Mukherjee, learned Counsel for the Respondent, has no objection if the amendment is allowed.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the Application as well as the order of the NCLT dated 12th January 2023, the Application is allowed, as prayed for. Let the amendment be carried out forthwith.
