In view of the said statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an appropriate application for regular bail after filing of the charge-sheet.

It is made clear that if an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
