Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to place on record certified copy of the order of the Sessions Court. To be filed in the registry within four days.

The Applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No.68 of 2017 registered with Wakola Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 417, 420, 423, 427, 447, 448, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 474 r/w 34 of the IPC.

Learned APP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer 1/3

states that presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the said statement and considering the nature of the accusations, in my considered view this is a fit case to grant pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.68 of 2017 registered with Wakola Police Station, Mumbai, he shall be released on bail on executing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties to the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer for two days i.e. 31/07/2023 and 01/08/2023 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and further as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation;

(iii)The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and or influence the witnesses in any manner;

(iv)The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer 2/3

informed of his current address and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.

The application stands disposed of.
