Rule. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith. 3.

The petitioner preferred an application for furlough on 21.1.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that the police report was not received, hence, her application for furlough could not be decided. 4.

The learned APP stated that thereafter the police report was received and the application of the petitioner for furlough came to be granted and she was released on furlough on 21.10.2014 for a period of 14 days.
