On a complaint filed by the Petitioner being FIR No. 233 of 2012 registered with the Pant Nagar Police Station, Ghatkopar (East) Mumbai, the Police filed "A" summary report in respect of the said crime. Such an intimation was given by the police to the Petitioner by communication dated 24th July, 2014.

In this view of the matter, the Petitioner may resort to alternate appropriate remedy, as permissible under law. All issues on merit are kept open.

The petition is disposed of.
