A grievance is made by the petitioner in the petition is about proper medical treatment and proper diet. Learned APP has placed on record report dated 7th October, 2019 of the Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison. The report shows that the petitioner, having undergone entire sentence, has been released from the said jail on 20th January, 2016.

In the light of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is dismissed.
