I am not inclined to entertain the present application at this juncture though it is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is 73 years of age. However, considering the length of time the applicant is residing outside the village, if a request is made to the trial Court for framing the charge, the trial Court may, if possible, hear the request on priority on its merits.
