Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking early hearing of the present First Appeal along with First Appeal No.228/2002 on the ground that the Applicant is a senior citizen. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to file private paper book in both these First Appeals within six weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the Applicant is a senior citizen, I am of the opinion that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

25.3394.14-caf Hence, following order is passed:

a.

The Applicant to file private paper book in both these matters within 6 weeks from today, with copy to other side.

b.

If the paper book is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office to place these matters on board for directions, for fixing early date of hearing, after eight weeks thereafter.

c.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
