1] The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that, in Order dated 23rd July 2018 in para-2 the name of the applicant No.1's husband is typed as "Mohammed Ayub Mohammed Siddiqui". However, the name of the husband of the applicant No.1 is " Mohd. Hafeef Abdul Hameed. He submitted that, the said Mohd. Hafeef Abdul Hameed married with applicant No.1 on 4.5.2018 and the baby child in question is being taken care of by the applicant No.1 and the said Mohd. Hafeef Abdul Hameed. The record indicates that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the applicants have co-operated with the Investigating Agency. 1/2

aba.1422-2018.doc 2] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 23rd July 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
