The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a registered letter was addressed to petitioner no.1 seeking appropriate instructions as to whether cause for prosecuting the writ petition continues. The learned counsel submits that in view of the incomplete address that was furnished by the petitioner no.1 while filing the writ petition, notice could not be served.

We find from the prayers made in the petition that with the passage of time, the cause of prosecuting the writ petition now does not survive.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as being rendered infructuous. Rule discharged. No costs. JITENDRA JAIN, J.
