At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay

of 110 days in filing the aforesaid Criminal Application for leave to file Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 vehemently opposes the application.

Perused the application. For the reasons set out in paras 4, 5 and 6 of the application, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of as such.
