Learned APP on instructions in writing from B.A.Nanekar, API, Vishrambag Police Station, Pune submitted that, investigation of the present crime is on the verge of completion. That, during the course of investigation it was revealed that, there is no role played by Petitioner in the present crime. Therefore, police have decided not to submit chargesheet against him and his name is dropped from the array of accused persons. She tendered across the bar report dated 11th October 2023 signed by the said Officer. The same is taken on record. 1/ 2
