Rule. Returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties. 2.

We are inclined to direct that Respondent No.5 shall issue show cause notice to the individual Petitioners referring to the impugned action in question and shall also give an opportunity to the Petitioners and shall pass appropriate order on show cause notice within eight weeks from today. The Respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the Petitioners of deducting their salary till final decision on the show cause notice. 3.

Interim order already granted in Writ Petition No.8711 of 2015 dated 19 October 2015 to continue till the decision on the show cause notice. This interim order shall also be applicable to Writ Petitions including Writ Petition No.10315 of 2015.
