Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. Mendon, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4/original claimants.

Mr. Mehta, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, submits that the applicant/appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon in terms of the impugned award.

In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness on the part of the applicant to deposit the entire amount of compensation, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the Vishal Parekar, P.A.

23-ia-2804-2021.doc award in MACT Application No. 15 of 2016 dated 25th March, 2021 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mangaon, Dist.Raigad subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
In the event of default in depositing the amount within the aforesaid period, the stay shall stand vacant without further reference to the Court.

The application stands disposed of.
