DATE : 9th SEPTEMBER, 2021 P.C:- Mr.Killedar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 tendered a copy of the letter dated 9th September, 2021 addressed by his client instructing that the proposal of the petitioners would be

The respondent no.3 is accordingly directed to consider the said proposal within twelve weeks from today and shall communicate the said order that would be passed to the petitioners within one week thereafter. In view of the statement made by the respondent nos. 3 and 4, nothing survives in this petition.

If the decision is adverse against the petitioners, the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 4.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, Civil Application No. 2139 of 2003 in Writ Petition No. 252 of 2000 does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
