This is an application for condonation of delay in lodging the appeal against the order. The delay is of 9 days. Both the counsel opposed the application. However, the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/-. The costs to be paid to the Legal Aid Committee within two weeks from today.
