1) This is an application seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the applicants in Criminal Application No. 1163 of 2015. A condition was imposed that the applicants shall attend concerned police station once in a week on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till the filing of the charge-sheet. The order is dated 15/07/2015. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the preceding week, charge-sheet is filed and the case has been registered as R.C.C. No. 843 of 2016.

i) Applicants shall report to the concerned police station on first Sunday of each month till the framing of the charge. 4) Application stands disposed of.
