The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1State to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal/ representation dated 24th April, 2012 made by Respondent No. 3 in regard to appointment of an Administrator in Swami Vivekanand Vidyalaya, Ambegaon, Tal. Daund.

In view off the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the proposal/representation dated 24th April, 2012 made by Respondent No. 3 in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
