The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to look into complaint filed by the petitioner vide letter dated 27th July, 2016 by holding appropriate enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law against respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the said complaint is filed to the various authorities including Commissioner of Police, it is not decided.

In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 1/2
6 WP 2675 OF 2016.doc II, Borivali, to decide petitioner's said complaint in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
