In the morning session, we have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the respondent. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is appointed through legal aid. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent raised an objection that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

The matter was kept back to enable the learned Counsel for the petitioner, to take instructions from the petitioner.

The matter was again called out in afternoon session. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has taken instructions from the petitioner and upon instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make an application before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
