Considering the Respondent-State's reply to this writ petition, it appears that the proposal for approval of the Petitioner's appointment as 'Shikshan Sevak' was rejected by the Education Ofcer by an order passed on 13.03.2019. In the premises, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to fle a fresh petition challenging the impugned order in the present petition alongwith the rejection of approval to her appointment.
