Heard Mr.Sagar A. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.A.R.S. Baxi, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.
Mr. Joshi has tendered a photo-copy of the darkhast, namely, Regular Darkhast No.49/1999 along with the order dated 10.4.2018 passed by the learned trial Judge disposing of the Darkhast after recording that the parties have amicably settled the controversy between them and they have filed pursis at Exhibit-74 to the effect that they do not desire to prosecute the matter. Same is taken on record and marked 'A collectively', for identification.

Mr. Joshi, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. Ms. Baxi has no objection for the same. 5.
