Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to make a representation to the Commissioner under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act.

We accede to the request and direct that if such representation is made within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided expeditiously and, in any event, within two months from the date of the representation, after hearing the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 3 to 6.
