1] Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the matter is amicably settled between the parties in the Executing Court. The joint compromise pursis was filed before the Executing Court on 02/01/2018. Its Certified Copy is produced herein. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure "A" for identification. 2] In view thereof, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal.

3] Accordingly, the Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4] The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court be transferred to the concerned Tribunal and the Appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount.
