Heard Mr.Shukla, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.Shaikh, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 8 and Ms.Joglekar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.9. 2.

Mr.Shukla states that he had served a copy of this application on Respondent Nos.1 to 8 on 22nd August, 2015. Respondent Nos.1 to 8 are the only contesting Respondents in Appeal from Order.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 8 seeks time for filing reply. It is not possible to accept the request made by learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 8. As noted earlier Civil Application was served on 22nd August, 2015 and till date no reply is filed and the Appeal from Order was dismissed for non payment of bhatta charges.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay and for restoration of Appeal from Order. Hence Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (a-1). Civil Application is disposed of.
