1 to 5, 7 and 13 to 280 by way of substituted service. It is pertinent to note that the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26/06/2023 has granted liberty to the Applicant to take out appropriate application for service by any mode including paper publication.

Having considered the liberty by the Hon'ble Court and the number of Respondents, substituted service as provide under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure is allowed.

The aforesaid Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and as such, disposed of accordingly.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner is directed to do the needful accordingly.

The Petitioners shall bear the cost of the publication of the notice. The notice shall be published in two Newspaper having circulation in State/Regional and National level.
