By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.03.2021 in Claim Application No.W.C.(F) No. 10/B-2/2016, passed by the Labour Court, Nashik.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the entire compensation as per the impugned judgment and Award has been deposited before the Labour Court at Nashik. In the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed pending final hearing of the appeal. 3.
